After becoming 2023 Bulgarian Champions, one of the things that everybody congratulated us on was our physical preparation. We were very active, and we didn't get tired at all! It was a hard competition because we started immediately from the final and we started with the dance for presentation Quickstep. We were the last couple and then we danced again Quickstep. Our coaches said that physically we were at a very nice level, so I'm very happy that we worked together with Ballroom Strength!

I’ve really enjoyed using this programme to add strength training to my routine. It’s great because there are lots of exercises, which I can pick and choose to fit my level, and I really feel the improvements already in my movement. I keep coming back to it to get inspiration for exercises and see how to step up to the next level. The guidance has been really helpful, I don't have to figure out how to improve my strength in areas I've been struggling in my dance - it's all there, put simply and easy to follow. I'm very happy with my progress in my dancing because of this programme. Gaining strength in my weak areas has really helped. Thank you!

When I started using the programme, I wasn’t able to get to dance training because of other commitments. 2 months later I went back to the studio, I danced with my teacher and he said “Wow, what have you been doing!
