It’s great because there are lots of exercises, which I can pick and choose to fit my level, and I really feel the improvements already in my movement. I keep coming back to it to get inspiration for exercises and see how to step up to the next level. The guidance has been really helpful, I don't have to figure out how to improve my strength in areas I've been struggling in my dance - it's all there, put simply and easy to follow. I'm very happy with my progress in my dancing because of this programme. Gaining strength in my weak areas has really helped. Thank you!

When I started using the programme, I wasn’t able to get to dance training because of other commitments. 2 months later I went back to the studio, I danced with my teacher and he said “Wow, what have you been doing! You’re so much better!” I felt lighter and I had so much more control. I highly recommend it!
